We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was lovely, clean, and had a beautiful view. The staff were very attentive, going the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. They even helped us with groceries and food drop-off during our mandatory isolation. The hotel is located in a great area, close to a fitness center across the street and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The free underground parking was a huge bonus in this day and age.

The hotel had a great location and the room was lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful. When the fire alarm went off at 5am, the staff acted quickly and efficiently, ensuring everyone's safety.
Felt totally at home, the staff made sure nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is conveniently located near various activities in western Sydney. It is close to everything in town and reasonably close to the train station. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a good shower and comfortable bed. The staff are friendly and helpful, doing their best to accommodate guests' needs. The breakfast offers a great selection of food, including pastries, fruit, toast, and juice. there is parking available and the bed is super comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was ideal, within walking distance of a shopping centre and other convenient areas. The staff provided excellent service, with room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities. The dining restaurant was great, and we appreciated the in-room breakfast option. There were also plenty of facilities like an indoor swimming pool and spa centre.
For those looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, we highly recommend this hotel to families.
